A virtuoso who enriches the rhythm and world of films through his multidisciplinary experience and vision.
A graduate of Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration, Burçin Yücel began his professional career in various sectors. Alongside this path, he continuously developed his skills in music and computer technologies, areas he had been deeply interested in since an early age.
Through a range of short- and long-term training programs, he first specialized in editing, and later expanded his expertise into animation and graphic design. Spending a period living in the United States, he further advanced these skills by working on international projects.
Yücel has completed the editing and animation of all projects produced by Lavanta Film, including three projects supported by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and has also composed the music for many of these works. His approach, which merges cinematic storytelling with digital craftsmanship, plays a key role in shaping the visual and auditory identity of Lavanta Film productions.
He is proficient in a wide range of 3D software, including 3ds Max, Blender, Reallusion iClone, Character Creator, Adobe Substance, Adobe After Effects, and IC3D, as well as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere.
In addition to his work in cinema, Burçin Yücel continues to produce original fiction and animation projects for YouTube and other digital platforms.
His creative practice is grounded in an interdisciplinary approach that places technology in service of storytelling.
